NORTON UNIVERSITY UNDERGRADUATES

The Rector of Norton University, in reference to

• sub-decree No. 51 dated 18 September 1997 on the
establishment of Norton University by Mr. Chan Sok
Khieng, the Rector,
• sub-decree No. 46 dated 25 July 2002 on restructuring
Norton College to Norton University,
• the internal regulations for undergraduate students
dated 06 October 2003, and
• the imperative need of Norton University,

approves the following:

Chapter I

Regulation on Enrolment

Section 1 Admission

A. Enrolment of year I (Foundation Studies) shall be
made only when students have High School
